...is the organizations Program Director. She is a PBIS consultant, trainer, educational coach and a general education teacher. She has been teaching for over 23 years with a professional clear credential, Special Education Certification and a Masters Degree in Educational Administration. Over the past 7 years, Marie has coached and facilitated the scaling up of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports for schools, districts, county offices of education and regional coalitions across California. She is a national trainer for School-­‐wide Information Systems (SWIS) and a professional member of the Association of Positive Behavior Supports, the National School Reform Faculty (NSRF) and the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development. (ASCD). She is an expert in the fields of cognitive coaching, professional learning communities, RtI, school reform, professional development, coaching, facilitation, building leadership teams, and cultural proficiency. As a professional speaker, she has presented at the RtI2 Regional Conference, California Middle School Network, California Coalition on PBIS, National PBIS Leadership Forum, CalSTAT Regional Institute, and numerous BTSA engagements. Her professional focus includes innovative educational reform, the scaling-­‐up of evidence-­‐based practices in education and organizational systems change.
