...is the organization’s Vice-President. He is a retired Workers Compensation Judge within the state of California and serves on our board as Vice-President and In-House Counsel. Mr. Kelley has a Juris Doctorate and is an active member of the California State Bar Association. He has extensive knowledge and working experience of social security disability laws and California Workers Compensation practices. Mr. Kelley has a long standing interest in the development of positive social environments for children. He has been an active community member serving on committees benefiting the youth of Irvine and Orange County through the city parks and recreation department and various athletic organizations. He is an accomplished speaker and member of the Orange County Bar Association.
